The FlexoControl 3D Plus is the choice if it comes to analyse production parameters during flexographic plate production. The easy-to-use system measures grids on flexographic plates in a fineness between 30 and 85 L/cm (80-216 Lpi) or even higher.

The FlexoControl 3D Plus has a specially designed optical system with increased optical enlargement. The side and flank view of the grid points are shown simultaneously while printing dots are shown from top. The tool was further developed to measure relief depths, particularly important - the base (ground area) of the printing points. Individual material files guarantee perfect visualisation of each plate material.

The FC3D+ measures AM, FM, HD Flexo and more.

All data of measurement results for 2D and 3D can be stored and retrieved.

The power of FC3D+ can be supplied either by USB2 or externally.

The computer that FC3D+ is connected to should meet the MINIMAL requirements as
