CLEANING WITH INOflex BIOCLEAN 2000
Following a regular and properly executed cleaning regime is essential to preserve the quality of anilox roller surfaces and guarantee a long service life. If these components are not cleaned properly or at sufficiently regular intervals, the cell structure becomes increasingly clogged, making the surface more difficult to clean in the long run. Improper cleaning results in poor colour transfer and ultimately in lower quality printing results. Cleaning the roller surfaces when the print run is paused or at the end of the job is an essential part of anilox roller maintenance.
The powerful concentrated cleaning agent has been specially developed for the cleaning of ceramic and chrome anilox rollers, and is able to perform an effortless removal of inks as well as pigments, resin and glue materials from the cells based on water and solvents.
BioClean 2000 was developed to make this critical maintenance process easier for users with an automatic cleaning system. Powders and other aggressive cleaning agents should not be used on these components, as they can damage the ceramic surface.
APPLICATION
Spray the surface to be cleaned, soak for a few seconds, then rinse with water. It can be used for strong soiling undiluted or diluted up to 1:100. In high pressure cleaners it can be used at a ratio of 1:100 to 1:50.
With aluminium, first perform a cleaning test on a non-visible point. Do not permanently clean high-gloss painted surfaces, as this may lead to a fading of the surface. If necessary, carry out preliminary tests.
