INOcare X ́TRA PLUS
INOcare X’tra Plus is an alkaline water-based cleaning product which is perfectly suited for the deep-cleaning of ceramic and chrome anilox rollers for the gravure, offset and flexographic printing. Our special product solves UV and water-based inks on anilox rollers, printing rollers, printing cylinders and printing plates.
APPLICATION
Spray the cleaner onto the surface previously wetted with water, undiluted or diluted up to 1:10 depending on the degree of pollution, then apply it using a suita- ble tool, and let it soak for 5 minutes. When cleaning rollers, perform a deep cleaning with a sponge soaked in warm water. Afterwards, rinse the sponge with a highly diluted (1:100) solution. Repeat the process for persistent or heavily dried inks.
