Tesa Softprint® 72022 Steel Master Plate Mounting Tape
Foam tape with adhesive on both sides.
Features:
- The foam exhibits consistent thickness with long-lasting and resilient characteristics.
- The adhesive offers high surface tack, moderate plate bonding, and demounting, and adequate tape bonding towards the sleeve side.
- Additionally, the tape features a structured PP-liner to prevent the formation of air pockets during plate mounting.

The process of attaching flexographic printing plates with thicknesses of 1.14 mm (0.045'') and 1.70 mm (0.067'') onto cylinders made of steel, aluminum, polyurethane, and glassine.
