Miraclon Flexcel NXH Plates
The Miraclon Flexcel NXH plates provide high-resolution imagery with stable and predictable ink transfer. The plates are meant to print on a wide variety of substrates like films, foils, shrink films, envelopes, paper, pressure sensitive labels and preprint liner.
Equipment: Flexcel NX Wide Imager and Laminator, DuPont Cyrel 300EC, nyloflex Automated Plate Processor
Suitable printing inks: water-based, solvent-based, UV-cured, and EB-cured inks
Wash-out Solutions: Plates are washed-out with nylosolv® which achieves good results, can be distilled, and reused
