INNOVABAK 2.35 Cushion Backing foam

Innovabak 2.35 Flexo Cushion Backing is a single side adhesive foam for corrugated post-print. It ensures ideal printing results even for complex and long print runs. Innovabak 2.35 has a thickness of 2.35mm and can be supplied in any required width up to 1350mm.

Application and use of Innovabak 2.35

In order increase the print result on corrugated presses, the trend is moving towards using thinner photopolymer plates. Innovabak cushion foam helps to fill the press undercut, so that press operators and media agencies can use a thinner plate. Simply Laminate the self-adhesive side to the carrier material (e.g. Mylar).
