ANYFLEXO OÜ RETURN AND REFUND POLICY


We strive for a good service and quality products. If however, for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, then you might be eligible for a return. These terms tell you what is covered, what is excluded and what you need to do in order to claim a refund. 


Eligibility

You can get your money back if an item didn't arrive on time, is faulty or damaged, doesn't match the listing (e.g., wrong item), or is missing crucial components due to which the product is unusable for its’ intended purpose.


Item didn’t arrive

If the item doesn't arrive at the address provided by the you at checkout by the confirmed delivery data and the seller has not informed you of any delay, then you are entitled to a full refund, including original shipping costs (if applicable). 


Item doesn’t match the listing, is damaged or faulty

Sellers are required to deliver the item as it was described in the listing. If you receive the wrong item, or the item arrives broken, damaged, or faulty (and was not clearly described as such), then you are entitled to return it for a refund.


If something goes wrong, you should first contact the seller. You may agree with the buyer to another solution, such as a full or partial refund while you keep the item, or a replacement of the damaged instead of a refund.


If the seller hasn't responded or hasn't issued a refund after receiving the return, or if you and seller can't reach a resolution, either party can ask us to step in and help.


Actions and timeframe

You can return a product within 7 days of receipt of the products, in the same packaging and condition the product arrived. This means that new items must be returned unused and undamaged. Items that arrived already damaged must not have any signs of use or additional damage. The seller of the specific product may allow a longer return period. 


If you wish to return a product due to damage, then the burden of proof to show damage lies on you. We ask you in your return&refund request to describe the damage in as much detail as possible and if possible submit photos or videos to demonstrate the damage. 


Return costs & methods

The seller of the goods will refund the cost of sending an item back if it is defective, damaged or incorrect. The return method will likely be the same as how the shipment arrived to you, however we and the sellers of the products retain ourselves the right to choose a different shipping method. 


Refund

The seller issues a refund latest 15 business days after receiving the returned product. If the refund has not arrived within 15 days after the refund deadline, you can ask us to step in. 


Customised products

For items with customisation options, the third-party seller is not required to accept returns or exchanges unless the products are damaged or defective upon arrival.
