INNOVALUX 1.25 Cushion Backing foam
Innovalux 1.25 Flexo Cushion Backing is a single side adhesive foam for corrugated post-print. With its additional non-woven pot coat layer, Innovalux provides significantly more stability and excellent handling characteristics. Innovalux 1.25 has a thickness of 1.25mm and can be supplied in any width up to 1380mm.
Application and use of Innovalux 1.25
In order increase the print result on corrugated presses, the trend is moving towards using thinner photopolymer plates. Innovalux cushion foam helps to fill the press undercut, so that press operators and media agencies can use a thinner plate. Simply Laminate the self-adhesive side to the carrier material (e.g. Mylar).
